How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All custom items are made-to-order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production and 2–4 business days for shipping.

Where are your products made and shipped from?
Most products are customized in-house in the USA. Some blank items may be sourced from trusted suppliers.

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! Rush processing is available for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to ordering.

Can I return or exchange custom items?
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless there is a defect or mistake on our end.

What should I do if there’s an issue with my order?
Contact us at admin@yeahitscustom.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
